First Friday Trolley

There are free BC Transit Trolley rides, which start at Phelps Mansion
Museum (191 Court St.) on First Friday from 6-9 p.m. and a Guided Trolley Tour at 6:00 p.m. Trolley riders can get on or off at any time, including during Guided Tour. Broome County Executive Barbara Fiala is underwriting the BC Transit Trolley during this First Friday.
